Morrison’s Huon Pine Sawmill – A Heritage Experience in Strahan
Step back in time and discover the rich history of Tasmania’s timber industry at Morrison’s Huon Pine Sawmill. Established in the early 1940s, this family-run sawmill is now operated by Brendon and Kellie Morrison, representing the fourth generation of the Morrison family to continue this proud legacy.
A Unique Working Sawmill Experience
Located on the picturesque Strahan waterfront, Morrison’s Huon Pine Sawmill offers visitors a rare opportunity to witness a traditional break-down saw in action.
